There are many factors that determine the pearl's color. Factors such as environment, mollusk's lip color, internal factors within the pearl, as well as being introduced to an enhancement during the pearl's formation period.
Payments are processed when you place your order, not at the time of the opening.
With oyster openings, part of the excitement is the pearl color reveal. We have no idea what color or size of pearl will be inside your oyster until we open it live for you.

First Class Shipping to Canada is a $10 flat fee.
Please keep in mind, while we ship to Canada kcpearls is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, any taxes, custom fees, tariffs or any other monetary collection for your package.

Yes! We offer a 6 month warranty* on every setting we offer. Please see the warranty details below.
Repairs: Our warranty covers all manufacturing issues for your setting, such as a loose pearl or crystal. Should you have a manufacture issue within the first 30 days we will provide a prepaid return label and we will repair/replace your item at no cost. After the 30 day period we will repair/replace your setting, however a $10 fee will apply and no return label will be provided.
Exchanges: Please contact us within 24 hours of your purchase if you would like to change your setting or placement of your pearls. After 24 hours your pearls will be mounted into the setting you purchased and cannot be exchange.

* We want our customers to love their kcpearls jewelry! Each repair/exchange will be handle on a case by case basis. Our warranty is based off of manufacturing issues and does not include damage from normal wear and tear or loss of jewelry. When requesting a repair, replacement, or exchange we will match setting, pearl color/size as best as we can depending on availability. kcpearls does retain the right to refuse any repair or exchange request.
